I had a chance to listen to Yves speak for the first time at a manager’s conference a couple of years ago. He knew how to capture his audience by delivering a message that was authentic but at the same time unconventionally which was refreshing. We could easily associate in our everyday lives. He also had us moving a bit which helps the mind focus. What I appreciated most was his reflections and getting us thinking outside the box.
